Sinossi

Have you found Christ yet? After you read my novel you will see how many things one young man went through with so many tribulations unknown to him; but those years of agonizing have passed; and now it is up to you to follow the path after Christ. Your path has been open without limits; this story shows you the way. Your path is no farther than the New Testament of the bible; for Jesus has cleared the way for you. This venture will take you there and as you read the word; know this; you also have gone, "AFTERCHRIST." Joseph N. Padilla was born in the small coal-mining town of Madrid, New Mexico where he lived till the age of 10. In 1941 he and his family relocated to Richmond, California. After graduating high school he fell in love with and married his late wife Alta of 52 years. After serving in the army overseas during the Korean War, he returned to his wife to start a family with three wonderful children. Joseph had many jobs till working and retiring as a mechanic of 25 years for the bay area rapid transit system. Joseph enjoys many artistic hobbies including oil painting, playing steel guitar and storytelling. With all his blessings and inspiration from the Lord, Joseph hopes you enjoy "Afterchrist."

Velvel's Violin, a deeply moving and political fifth collection by TS Eliot Prize-shortlisted poet Jacqueline Saphra places us on the shifting ground between past and present. Through its search for missing histories of the Jewish diaspora, the book is a call for empathy and a warning to a world where the legacy of the Holocaust echoes current narratives of prejudice, war, displacement, and migration.
Saphra's precisely-tuned writing ranges through tones of dark humour, lyrical beauty and moments of transcendent joy to find assonance between the turbulence of now and a family history of fragmented stories, irreparable loss and miraculous escapes. Between each poem - forgotten songs, weeping forests, buried violins - sound and silence combine to speak of love, absence and survival.

In August Strindberg's "A Dream Play," the surreal landscape of dreams becomes the stage for a journey through the human experience. Set in a world where time and space are fluid, the play follows Agnes, the daughter of the Hindu god Indra, as she descends to Earth to understand the struggles of mortal life.
Come join me where the boundaries between reality and fantasy blur--where the depths of the subconscious mind are just out of reach, and where we question the need for meaning, the nature of suffering, and the possibility of transcendence.
Through poetic language and striking imagery, "A Dream Play" offers a profound meditation on the human condition and invites audiences to embark on their own journey of self-discovery and introspection, where the boundaries between dreams and reality dissolve, and anything is possible.

Performed by Propaganda and featuring four exclusive original songs.
In this debut collection of essays and poetry, musician, speaker, and activist Propaganda inspires us to create a better, more equitable world.
“If we get to make the very cultures that shape who we are, then let us remake them in the best way possible.”
In this deep, challenging, and thoughtful book, Propaganda looks at the ways in which our world is broken. Using the metaphor of terraforming—creating a livable world out of an inhospitable one—he shows how we can begin to reshape our homes, friendships, communities, and politics.
In this transformative time—when we are redefining what a truly just and equitable world looks like, and reflecting on the work that needs to be done both in our spiritual and secular lives—Propaganda rallies readers to create that just world. He sheds light on how nefarious origin stories have skewed our views of ourselves and others and allowed gross injustices, and demonstrates how great storytelling and excellent art can create and shape new perspectives of the world and make all of us better.
?Includes the songs "" IAGBTW (It Ain't Gotta Be This Way)”, "" The Soils Alive"", "" Us We "", and ""Imagine"" (featuring Nahoa Life) by Propaganda.
