Sinossi

A thousand years have passed since the Wingots struck a deal with the Shadow Creatures to vanquish magic from the Kingdom and enslave the Wingless. But magic is hard to kill, and is slowly returning. 
Cassara, a young Wingless Magic Shaper and Master Assassin, hates the Wingots and their ability to fly more than anyone. When a Seer glimpses the murder of a Wingot Prince, her uncle tasks her with the unthinkable—to save him.
