After ten years abroad, Alexandra ‘Ali’ Lennox’s father asks her to move back to Los Angeles to head the family company, Lennox Breweries.

The company’s COO, Jill Gold, has dedicated twenty years of her life to Lennox Breweries and is not amused when she’s asked to mentor Ali, who she considers to be nothing more than a privileged trust-fund brat.

Even though they don’t see eye to eye, Ali and Jill will have to learn to trust each other for the sake of the company—and each other.

Can Jill change her mind about Ali’s smug entitlement? And will Ali be able to come to terms with the past hurt that drove her away from L.A. in the first place?

Without a working office, Jeremiah is tasked with repairing the automated weather station on Oxley Island. It’s remote, only accessible by boat, and with there being a good chance of crocodiles, he’s dreading it.
Tully, on the other hand, can’t wait.
With a boat licence, his dad’s boat, and two days alone with Jeremiah—and with thunderstorms likely—to Tully, it’s another perfect adventure.
But their plans go awry when Jeremiah’s research gets far too close for comfort. Thirty years ago, the day his life was touched by lightning, he was changed forever.

A lighthearted lesbian romance about shattering comfort zones and finding your place in the world where you least expect it.

New Yorker Hayley Reed is so over life, her crappy apartment, and her two jobs as a cook and bartender. When she wins a contest to swap lives with someone for a year, all expenses paid, she's ecstatic. That is until she finds herself on a remote Australian cattle station with basic food, empty views, and an attractive butch station hand who clearly dislikes her.

Jenna Dwyer wouldn't live anywhere except Ghost Gum Station. It'd be bliss except now she's stuck mentoring a clueless American city slicker who's the worst jillaroo ever to straddle a horse. But staying aloof from Hayley is difficult when she's obviously trying so hard . . . and is just so annoyingly cute.

Under the long, endless skies and despite a simmering attraction, can two such opposite women ever find a way to connect?

Jay and Sophie have been dating for a couple of years, but Jay’s friendship with Ellie has always been a source of friction. No matter how many times Jay insists that they’re just friends (despite his secret, years long crush…) Sophie won’t budge.
“I don't understand why your friends have to include so many girls” she said, spitting the words venomously.
“Well I don't know why you're so insecure that you can't handle me being friends with girls” said Jay, the words out of his mouth before he could stop himself. He knew immediately that he'd gone too far.
“Well, you keep picking her over me” said Sophie, a final note her voice. “And I've had enough of it. We are over. We are through.” Jay opened his mouth to say something but didn't know what, and the words wouldn't come. “You can get out” said Sophie. “Out. Go and stay with one of your girlfriends that you like so much.”
“Wait” Jay said, and belatedly realized that he didn't really have a come back to that.
“I mean it” said Sophie, her eyes narrowing as she spoke. “Go on. If you want to be one of the girls so much, then get out of my house.”
Jay find himself crashing at Ellie’s apartment, and the next morning he wakes up feeling weird. Weirder than can be explained by just a breakup. Jay has to wonder… were Sophie’s final words some sort of curse?
There’s no time to investigate though, because Jay and Ellie are supposed to be at a birthday party today. Jay doesn’t know if she’s more afraid that everyone will recognize her, or no one will. And all the while, she is trying to work out why Ellie is behaving so differently around her as well.
