Sinopse

When heartbroken Lyle and his best (and very pregnant) friend Delia hang out one afternoon, Lyle realizes he's not fully himself. Sure, he's still hurting over his boyfriend's Chris abandonment, and from the non-stop chubby jokes he's grown up with, but there is something more to his sudden chest pain, his random forgetfulness, and his sudden cravings for all things marshmallow. He's not Lyle at all, but Cassandra, the ghost of a teenage girl who is also heartbroken.
With the help of his best friend Delia, and her ever-trusty midwife Hazel, both Lyle and Cassandra must learn how to mend their broken hearts if they ever want to be un-haunted again.

Some rooms you find. This one finds you. High in the Colorado Rockies, a
caretaker keeps a fifteen-room inn the way some people keep a promise:
slowly, deliberately, so that someone might feel less alone inside it.
Still, by Design. is a novel about the quiet architecture of coming back
to yourself, told in rooms, seasons, and second cups of coffee.

Professor Samuel Rodgers and grad student Alessandro "Alec" Carbone are as opposite as can be. Samuel is steady and quiet, Alec's flighty and loud. Samuel has wine occasionally, Alec can outdrink a frat house. Samuel struggles with public speaking, Alec considers the world his stage. Samuel wears tweed, and it's a good day if Alec wears pants.
When Alec's visa expires before a job opens at the university, the least likely person in the world suddenly holds the solution to his problem. What's a green card marriage between coworkers, right?
Sam and Alec mix like oil and water, like encyclopedias and nudie mags, like tweed jackets and neon pants. Therapy doesn't help, living together through arguments suck, and faking it long enough for a green card to come seems impossible.
All Samuel has ever wanted is a husband and partner to spend forever with, but wild child Alec seems determined to keep barriers up between them, even as the deadline for the green card draws near. Is a shared love of piña coladas and unexpectedly intimate moments caught in the rain enough to keep the odd couple together when their differences seem too much to overcome and outside forces are working to tear them apart?

Dominic Lowing knows stress. He lost his father to a stress-fuelled heart attack, and his own fast-paced career as a lawyer has done little to help. But he knows which coping mechanisms work for him: diet and exercise, of course. And a very active particular sex life.
Fitch Lamont has been working his corner on Wylde Street for two years. Not exactly the direction he saw his life going, but he’s a glass-half-full kind of guy. He has a roof over his head, enough food to eat—sometimes—and two best friends that make it all worthwhile.
When Dominic encounters a rent boy who ticks all his boxes, he decides to make it a regular encounter. But then their arrangement, their personal lives—and feelings—collide in unexpected ways.
Fitch found more than a client in Dominic; he found safe arms and a kind heart. And maybe, if he could let his guard down long enough, he might realise he found his future too.

Some partnerships are made in heaven. This one? Definitely hell…
Poppy Voss has successfully dodged the family watch business her entire adult life, until her aunt threatens to sell it out from under her. Suddenly desperate to preserve the legacy, Poppy persuades her aunt to give her a chance to prove herself. There's just one tiny, soul-crushing catch: she has to work alongside Eliza Carpenter, the childhood best friend she's been expertly avoiding since they were teenagers.
Dragging the company into the 21st century should be simple enough. Except Poppy keeps getting distracted by how annoyingly attractive Eliza has become. Meanwhile, her sister won't stop consulting mediums about their dead mother, and then there's her growing suspicion that Eliza isn't revealing the full story.
With everything she's ever cared about on the line — her family's legacy, her heart, and her future — Poppy must learn to rely on the one person she's not sure she can forgive, while discovering the most difficult person to believe in might be herself. But she better hurry up before time runs out…

When summer vacation makes the LARPing group take a break, Oliver throws himself into his upcoming play, where he is one of the main leads. He soon meets a new person to captivate his attention: a young woman he runs into at the doctor's office and then at his best friend Lydia's party named Avery. She's smart, funny, and into all the same things that Oliver is into, including Harry Potter, War Gaming, and even LARPing.

As their friendship progresses, Oliver begins to notice the similarities the young woman has to Oakenshire the Elf, including the same red hair and freckles.
