Sinossi

Nothing lasts forever yet nothing stays the same the world is constantly changing, on this tormented planet where the humans survive, where the humans play where the humans destroy their playground. This is a collection of poetry by the twisted mind of a prolific poet , most of these poems extracted from his underperforming blog of poetry to be finally shared with a worldwide audience, he constantly pushes the boundaries on what is poetry and what is needed to be heard, daily life is the centre piece of his verses, many people are suffering from many causes and the poet shines a light on these people , suffering from war, oppression on just mental illness. Not all his poems are bleak and desolate , some poems have some very twisted English humour that some people might not understand, but hopefully won’t be offended by. Stories need to be told and people should be remembered for who they truly are.

'O, full of scorpions is my mind.'
The spellbinding story of love and murder, power and paranoia, and the internal struggles of a married couple as they try to control their destiny, and one another…
This official tie-in edition to the Donmar Warehouse's acclaimed 2023 revival of Shakespeare's extraordinary psychological drama features rich and revealing behind-the-scenes material exploring how the production was conceived and developed.
Starring David Tennant and Cush Jumbo, and directed by Donmar Associate Director Max Webster, this bracingly fresh version used binaural sound technology to place the audience inside the minds of the Macbeths, asking us: are we are ever really responsible for our actions?
It was first staged at the Donmar Warehouse, London, in December 2023, and transferred to the Harold Pinter Theatre in the West End in October 2024.
In addition to the version of Shakespeare's text performed, this volume also includes a fascinating rehearsal diary, colour photos, and interviews with its leading cast and creative team: Tennant, Jumbo and Webster, plus designer Rosanna Vize, sound designer Gareth Fry and composer and musical director Alasdair Macrae.

It used to be a magnificent opera house, its stage graced by the leading sopranos and tenors of the age. Now the only divas at the Grand Old Opera House Hotel are the ones checking-in, there are fist fights in the lobby, and there's scarcely a romantic hero to be found.
When shy Aaron joins the hotel's inharmonious team, he's faced with emotionally volatile guests, apathetic staff and management that doesn't have a clue. Not to mention the rumour of singing ghosts haunting the corridors.
But through all the madness, one voice stands out, capturing his ears and his heart – and Aaron must go into battle with the hotel's magical chaos to find out the truth.
An uplifting ensemble comedy, Isobel McArthur's The Grand Old Opera House Hotel is a story of art bringing us together in hopeless circumstances, to the tune of some of the most popular opera songs ever written. It premiered at the Traverse Theatre, Edinburgh, during the Festival in August 2023, with Dundee Rep Theatre, directed by Gareth Nicholls. It was the recipient of an Edinburgh Fringe First Award.

Amy LeBlanc’s debut poetry collection, I know something you don’t know, resides in the intersection of folklore and femininity. With fairy-tale lucidity and fluid voice, the poems in this collection weave through the seams between story and fact. This debut collection is alluring and noxious like hemlock, foxglove, and blooming wildflowers.

In in Singularity, verbal and visual imagery merge seamlessly. Artworks from my in Singularity sketchbook—together with selected pieces from my wider archive of drawings and paintings—now accompany the poems that inspired them, as well as those they in turn inspired.
I am both a mother and a child.
The child writes with an innate curiosity about the small things of the world.
The mother reflects on the self, on grown-up love and loss, on the beginnings and endings of life. Sometimes the mother edits the child’s work; other times the child urges the mother to write fearlessly, to explore without hesitation, to embrace mistakes.
As I revisit my past writing, recurring themes surface: my skin as a generating idea, water in nature, the end of the universe, the celebration of life, and the necessity of letting go to regain control. These threads called me to gather my writings—poetry and prose alike, from sketchbooks and beyond—into this book.
The small fragments of text accumulate over time, gaining weight until they gather themselves into a few poems each year. Meanwhile, the drawings in my sketchbook, once left behind, have found their own expressive ground and grown into full illustrations. They now accompany the text, reminding us of the interconnected, idea-generating relationship between the verbal and the visual.
