  Ian Lancaster Fleming (May 28, 1908 to August 12, 1964) was an English writer, best known for his James Bond series of spy novels, and his only children's novel, Chitty-Chitty-Bang-Bang. Fleming came from a wealthy family connected to the merchant bank Robert Fleming & Co., and his father was the Member of Parliament (MP) from 1910 until his death on the Western Front in 1917. Fleming himself was heavily involved in British intelligence during World War II. Raymond Thornton Chandler (July 23, 1888 to March 26, 1959) was an American novelist and screenwriter. His first novel, The Big Sleep, was published in 1939. All but one of his eight novels have been made into motion pictures. Chandler had an immense stylistic influence on American popular literature, including pioneering the hardboiled school of detective fiction. The protagonist of his novels, Philip Marlowe, is considered by some to be synonymous with "private detective." The following recording is from the late 1950s.

The severity of symptoms can vary, but in many cases, individuals struggle with emotional regulation, self-image, and interpersonal relationships. Some may withdraw from social interactions due to deep-seated mistrust, while others may exhibit erratic or impulsive behaviors that create conflict. 
  Personality disorders are categorized into three clusters based on shared characteristics. Cluster A includes disorders that involve odd or eccentric thinking and behavior, such as paranoid and schizotypal personality disorders. Cluster B consists of dramatic, emotional, and erratic conditions, including borderline and narcissistic personality disorders. Cluster C encompasses anxious and fearful disorders, such as avoidant and obsessive-compulsive personality disorders. While these clusters help in understanding the broad patterns of personality disorders, individual experiences can differ significantly.

Life was shrunken to full time living inside bunkers, watching rations and supplies slide out the back of cargo planes as they flew low past Hill 881 and finding ways to remain hopeful while being unable to use camaraderie or communications to keep it real. What is to become of the survivors of this incredible battle? 
  Seldom is the author so true to himself and the memory of those lost that he is willing to blind others with their own tears and shame rather than sacrifice what he knows to be the true story. At the end of the book, the author, Ernest Spencer was faced with having to identify a casualty from his battalion. He says," Rodriguez is gone and I am still here. Why? I feel fear wash through me. They die while I watch. Who will care? How long will they care?" 
  Listen to this story and learn the haunting truths. It will probably make you feel uncomfortable. Take a few more moments and try to imagine first living the story and then laying it down on paper. It is our debt to read this book, in honor of those who have given more than we can ever imagine. And to remember what really mattered: the men and women who served and sacrificed for a country that has remained ungrateful. This book is pages and pages of heart and soul - bare naked anger, hate, suffering and despair. You will feel the weight of the Vietnam War in your hands.
