An American agent posing as a free-lance entrepreneur sells to a European crime lord plans for a Thorium reactor ostensibly stolen from the wreckage of a Russian transport. The crime lord, in turn, sells the plans that will transform the economy of an impoverished nation and alleviate tensions leading to war, but the gift-horse is not looked in the mouth, as the expression goes, but is transformed into a Trojan Horse engineered to bring down the most powerful nation in the world. For all involved, there is hell to pay for betrayal and deceit, and lessons to be learned about love and hatred.
