Sinossi

How can we connect and converse with our personal spirit guides, our guardian angel and even the Christ? In a compelling and uplifting new work, Bob Woodward offers advice and suggestions on how we can link consciously with the spirit beings who seek to support us in everyday life. He demonstrates how, by reaching out to them, we can facilitate greater engagement and even direct dialogue.
In the first part of Meeting Spirit Beings, we are introduced to human qualities that can awaken us to our personal spirit guides. 'Intentionality', 'silence', 'trust' and 'gratitude' are all important milestones on our inner path. Bob shares personal reflections as well as actual conversations with his own guides, who offer insights into methods and processes. In the second part of the book, we are encouraged to build a mindful relationship with our guardian angel, who accompanies us on earth, after death and during future incarnations. We are taught how to coordinate our life's path with our angel and to facilitate a healing and supportive relationship.
Finally, the author offers transcripts of an extraordinary series of 'conversations' with the Christ being – a dialogue he initiated one Christmas. If Christ is there to offer love and support to all human beings, should it not be possible to enter into direct dialogue with him? Bob's attempts result in an inspiring series of discussions that offer beautiful perceptions of the meaning of life, death and eternity.

Scuba diving is an activity that most people are interested in and curious about; however, only 1.1 percent of Americans are actually certified divers. When it comes to diving, there are three kinds of people, those that don’t try because they are too afraid and fear they won’t be able to do it, those that get certified but only dive once or twice, and those that fall in love.
HowExpert Guide to Scuba Diving will help alleviate the fears of the fearful, motivate more dives for the less experienced, and provide new adventures for those experts exploring the seas. The reason why most people are afraid of the water is that so much of it has yet to be thoroughly investigated. The globe is covered in 70% water, and only 10% has been explored. That leaves a lot of territory unknown to the human eye.
The purpose of this guide is to provide you with tips on getting certified, finding gear, diving trips, and much more! Think you have what it takes? Want to be among the elite group of responsible certified divers? Already an experienced diver but enthusiastic about learning more about your favorite hobby? Then follow these 101 tips to be the best diver you can be on land and at sea! Let’s dive in!

When she’s not diving still enjoys being on or near the water, paddle boarding, doing SUP yoga, or just relaxing on the beach.

For once, these men are the objects; I am the subject. Me, me, me.
Rosemary Mac Cabe was always a serial monogamist – never happier than when she was in a relationship or, at the very least, on the way to being in one. But in her desperate search for ‘the one’ – from first love to first lust, through a series of disappointments and the searing sting of heartbreak – she learned that finding love might mean losing herself along the way.
This Is Not About You is a life story in a series of love stories. About Henry, with the big nose and the lovely mum, with whom sex was like having a verruca frozen off in the doctor’s surgery: ‘uncomfortable, but I had entered into this willingly’. About Dan, with the goatee. About Luke, who gave her a split condom. About Frank, who was married…
But mostly, it’s about Rosemary, figuring out just how much she was willing to sacrifice for her happy ending.
