  Grief can be a shock when death occurs, even if it has been previously experienced because grief is never the same. My grief for my mum who died in 2019 was nothing compared to the death of our son, Jac in 1997, which catapulted me into this world of grief specialist, therapist and best selling author. For many clients 'counselling' worked just 'fine', however, I knew there was more to life having healed my mind, body and spirit because all three are affected by grief. So I used my grief and death knowledge, accepted the guidance of angels and spirit guides, and created bespoke programmes to heal aspects of grief such as anger and stress, elevating your energy and find out who you REALLY are, along with my powerful 5 month programme to heal and come back to life after grieving. 
  Within these pages I offer grief knowledge, self help writing exercises and my own personal journey of discovery through surviving abuse, suicides, death and trauma. I can't promise you a happy ending, but I can promise honesty, truth and love.
