Sinossi

Awhad Ad-Din Ali Ibn Mohammad Khavarani, better know as Anwari, was a 12th century Persian poet. He was born in Abivard (now in Turkmenistan), in the Khawaran district of Khorasan early in the 12th century.
After studying science and literature in Toon, and becoming a famous astronomer as well as a poet, he enjoyed the special favour of the Seljuk Sultan Sanjar (1117-1157), ruler of Khorasan. Adept in astrology, Anwari considered himself to be superior to his contemporaries in logic, music, theology, mathematics and all other intellectual pursuits. His panegyric in honour of the Sultan won him royal favour, and allowed him to go on to enjoy the patronage of two of Sanjar's successors. However, when his prophecy of disasters in October 1185 failed, he fell out of favour with the kingship, and was forced into a life of scholarly service, eventually taking his own life in 1189.
Anwari's poems were collected in a Deewan, and contains panegyrics, eulogies, satire, and others. His elegy The Tears of Khorasan, translated into English in 1785 by Captain William Kirkpatrick, a British officier and orientalist, is considered to be one of the most beautiful poems in Persian literature.

This audiobook is narrated by an AI Voice.
A brutal coming-of-age Western set in blood, dust, and redemption. The Boy follows a young Black gunman forged by tragedy and raised by an outlaw prospector in a violent American frontier where justice is paid for in gunfire, silence, and consequence.
When the boy’s father—feared across the territory as the man who could outdraw any living soul—is murdered and left without dignity, the boy swears revenge. Guided only by harsh lessons, instinct, and the code of the dying West, he grows into a quiet storm: patient, disciplined, and lethal.
But revenge is never simple, and the trail forces him to confront more than his father’s killer. Along the way he finds love, betrayal, cruelty, unexpected mercy, and the terrifying truth that a man must decide whether violence defines him—or frees him.
Dark, poetic, and cinematic, The Boy blends Western grit with emotional depth and cultural legacy. It explores the cost of survival, the burden of history, and the myth of the gunfighter through a voice both intimate and unforgiving.
For listeners who enjoy Cormac McCarthy, Sergio Leone stylings, or stories rooted in justice, rage, and resilience, this is a Western that doesn’t just aim—it hits.

"Whether I shall turn out to be the hero of my own life, or whether that station will be held by anybody else, these pages must show."

Follow the life of David Copperfield from his idyllic childhood in Blunderstone to the harsh realities of a London bottling factory and his eventual rise as a successful author. Dickens weaves a sprawling narrative of hardship and triumph, populated by a cast of characters so vivid they have become archetypes of the English language.

A Tapestry of Human Experience: Experience the warmth of the Peggotty family living in their upturned boat-house on the Yarmouth sands, and endure the chilling cruelty of the stepfather, Mr. Murdstone. Witness the eternal optimism of the debt-ridden Mr. Micawber—always waiting for "something to turn up"—and the "umblemished" villainy of the "umble" Uriah Heep.

The Personal Masterpiece: David Copperfield is Dickens at the height of his powers, blending humor, pathos, and social critique. It explores the complexities of marriage, the cruelty of child labor, and the importance of perseverance. More than a story of one man, it is a grand observation of the Victorian era, filled with the "discipline of the heart" that transforms a boy into a man of character.

A journey of a thousand memories. Purchase "David Copperfield" today and discover the heart and soul of Dickensian literature.
