Lieutenant Lea Bourgeois-Tacquet, an officer of the French National Gendarmerie, is sent to Argentat to investigate whether the film crew shooting The Red Baron, directed by filmmaker Gustave Blanchot, is actually a front for spying on the Escadron de Transformation Rafale 3/4 Aquitaine airbase.The Escadron de Transformation Rafale 3/4 Aquitaine is a combat unit of the French Air Force, which, at that time and on that base, is developing a new fighter jet: the Dassault Rafale, a multirole combat aircraft.Furthermore, in Argentat, Jacqueline Sassard — a colleague of Lieutenant Lea Bourgeois-Tacquet — has been found dead.Lea must uncover who killed Jacqueline and whether the film crew is indeed a cover for espionage. In Argentat, she will be forced to confront three intriguing men, one of whom is certainly Jacqueline’s mysterious murderer.
