Summary

Young love and conviction clash with authority in sixteenth-century England in this exciting and vividly written novel. Challenging times are tenderly and evocatively portrayed in ‘Robbie and Alice – Tudor Voyage’: the second book of Robbie and Alice’s Tudor adventures. 1521. England’s Cardinal Wolsey, doggedly pursuing his ambition to be elected Pope, plots to challenge Spain’s new American empire and so gain prestige from the King of France. Robbie, fifteen years old and Alice, thirteen, find themselves unwittingly at the hub of Wolsey’s plot. Together they do their utmost – while on a journey that takes them to the far side of the world - to thwart it. ‘Robbie and Alice - Tudor Voyage’ is a coming-of-age novel that anyone interested in life in Tudor England should enjoy.

YOUNG SHERLOCK HOLMES & JOHN WATSON
The case of the stolen penny farthing bicycle.
This completely new story I have written involves the 10 year old boys who will be the great detective Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson, his assistant, when they grow up, this is their formative years where they perfect their skills before adulthood on what my appear to be inconsequential subjects, but the principle remains the same.
This is just one of an extensive series I will be publishing as audio books in the very near future and I do hope you enjoy this first one, and its only 99 pence, all subsequent will remain at that price as I would not like price to be a barrier to your enjoyment.
I have worked very hard and meticulously to provide you with an enjoyable experience, the initial opening credit music which does run to approximately 2 minutes sets the scene, so to speak, a violin Holme's musical instrument of choice and is energetic and the closing music ends the tale on a more restrained mode and only about 1 minute.
The story itself runs to about just over 5 minutes and is of course a short story, it is read in my own voice.
The story involves the theft of a penning farthing bicycle owned by the son, Leopold 12 years old of the Duke of Westminster, who live in Grosvenor Square London in the late 1900's. Needless to say Holmes solves the mystery with aplomb and goes onto his next case.
The stories are designed to be entertaining to children of approximately the same age around 10 years old due to the characters involved.
I do hope you and you children, if applicable, enjoy this audiobook and let me know what you think, there are a lot more to come!

Christianity, Judaism, and Islam, Three of the most important religions in western culture stem from the same original text. In today’s world, many of their branches are didactic and rule-bound, treating their holy texts as technical manuals rather than food for thought.
Presented herein is the other side of their faiths, which focuses on the personal and lived experience of the divine. Each of these texts explores the increasingly experiential and personal experience of divinity, in sharp contrast to the mainstream faith’s increasing structure and organisation over the last two millennia.
The four works trace an evolution of mystical trends:Hillel the Elder (110 BCE-10 CE) – a description of a deep theological thinker whose understanding of the practice of divine experience in the world still resonates today. The Niche For Lights (c.1000 CE) – an exploration trying to tie spiritual and scientific investigation together through a shared symbolic language. The Cloud of Unknowing (c. 1350 CE) – An attempt to dispel the veil or cloud that blocks us from seeing what’s underneath the surface of reality. The Forerunner and the Madman (1918 CE) – a book of poetry by Kahlil Gibran, focusing on the nature of transcendent experience through metaphor.
