Liebknecht, a conscientious case worker at the social welfare office, withdraws more and more into himself until one day he unintentionally kills a young Yugoslavian girl. He tells himself that she was 'only' a member of the same people who had killed his family. Liebknecht comes into contact with neo-Nazi circles and begins to hunt down foreign drug dealers and prostitutes.
