- study, because we need to examine our potential employer thoroughly, understand what he is looking for and what he expects from us

- experience, because the first few times you will miss it. You will be discarded. Not because you're not good for that job, but because you still won't have the experience of a commander who has won 100 battles. It is normal, do not be discouraged.
