Sinossi

Clara and Nyri. Two very different women. Two complicated lives. Both having a very bad day.
Mental health nurse Nyri's woken up hungover with a younger man. Meanwhile, Clara has developed a compulsive wink and can't remember if she's taken her meds.
Nyri needs to get to Ebbw Vale Hospital via Greggs, and Clara's got to get cracking with her shoplifting list for The Devil.
Interweaving and unexpected connections collide in Alan Harris's fast-moving, touchingly funny play. Originally performed by one actor, as part of National Theatre Wales' celebration of the NHS, the play subsequently transferred to the 2019 Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

In order for the two to get married and receive Millamant's full dowry, Mirabell must receive the blessing of Millamant's aunt, Lady Wishfort. Unfortunately, she is a very bitter lady, who despises Mirabell and wants her own nephew, Sir Wilful, to wed Millamant.Other characters include Fainall who is having a secret affair with Mrs. Marwood, a friend of Mrs. Fainall's, who in turn once had an affair with Mirabell.Waitwell is Mirabell's servant and is married to Foible, Lady Wishfort's servant. But now, they've been given the chance to escape their busy lives for the first time since their honeymoon. Katie's father, a big-time real estate broker, has offered them the keys to a beach house for a weekend, and the two jump at the opportunity. Katie's younger brother comes in to watch the house and family dog, and she and Alan strike directly for the beach, eager for a weekend of fun and sun.
Unfortunately, Mother Nature has other plans, and strong thunderstorms follow the unlucky couple all the way to their destination and stick around. Unable to fully enjoy all the ocean has to offer, the two are stuck inside for the weekend. Now, the young couple has to find ways to enjoy themselves indoors, all plans for swimming and bikinis washed away under the torrential rainfall.
Will Alan and Katie make it work? Or will the weekend be a bust and will they return to their busy lives at the end of the weekend as desperate for love as they were at the beginning?

A courageous and convincing play that sensitively tackles the important subject of child abuse.
Tom works in digital analysis, investigating crimes against children. Faced with watching recordings of the most unforgiveable acts on a daily basis, in a job that barely anyone else can endure, he struggles to retain his humanity.
Meeting Emily might just mean that his life has changed for the better, but when your entire working day is spent watching horrific crimes, how do you find room for love?
Unscorched was the winner of the 2013 Papatango New Writing Competition in partnership with the Finborough Theatre, London, where it premiered in October 2013.
