  Life is difficult for many people who face great dilemmas. For them, life can be a blur. However, this statement will be quite literal when you only put yourself in my shoes. 
  For years now, I have suffered. During my teenage years, I was diagnosed with an untreatable nerve condition that tragically made me lose my sight within a speck of time. Since then, I had to learn and adapt to my new way of living – as a young blind adult. Finishing school, moving onto university, and doing the things I love most. Difficult, yet I learn to manage. I experienced many a moment where I thought I could not cope anymore, I could not do it. But I rose again and tried my hardest. The blind journey took me through an unknown path as I learned ways of living a life unlike the one of an average person, but it also gave me a new perspective on the world. Now, all I can hope for is that the blurry future ahead of me is a joyful one. Experience my adventure with me and see my story through my eyes.

  Writing my autobiography has been a lifelong dream of mine upon realizing what my dream actually was at the age of 28 years old. I have endured a legacy of childhood trauma, love, endurance, survival, and happy endings. My story is no more special than the next, I just finally found my voice. I always knew I needed to share my journey in hopes of reaching someone, if not many, and inviting them onto the path of recovery, healing, love, and a promise of real hope. I have faced many demons and survived as well as been embraced by much acceptance and forgiveness. This Universe, God and our paths are what we make of it; we must not lose sight of our dreams.
