Ian Allan
Ian Allan was born and educated in Scotland. He started his police career in Edinburgh, transferring four year later to the Metropolitan Police in London where he served for another thirty-one years. He was involved in charity volunteering and organised several sponsored cycle rides across Europe with a group of colleagues to raise money for children's charities.
