Alex Stevens
Alex Stevens holds a PhD in Social Policy from the University of Kent
(Canterbury, England) and now works there for the European Institute of Social
Services. He directs the Connections project, which promotes research and
dissemination on the prevention of drug use and related infections in the criminal
justice system and is funded by the European Commission’s public health
