Beverley Densham
Beverley Densham is an author of a number of books to include 'I Talk to Angels' and is an inspirational speaker, Mindfulness Pilates teacher and runs workshops and classes with her company Mindfulness Pilates. Beverley works within law practices with coaching for health and well-being of employees/lawyers. She regularly contributes articles to holistic and lifestyle magazines. She has a degree in Sports Science from the University of Brighton.
