تدور أحداث النص المسرحي حول مرشح الرئاسه في حملته الانتخابية يتعرض أثناء الطريق لحادث يبعده عن فريق حمايته ، و هو في المكان حيث وقع محذوفا عن سيارته الفارهة و قد أغمى عليه يجده مجموعة من المعاقين ، و تدور الأحداث بفكرة استغلال المعاقين لوجود مرشح الرئاسه بينهم ليعود عليهم بالنفع و هم في وضع إقامة مزري ، و بعد سلسلة من المواقف تخرج المجموعة المعاقة بين مستفيد من وجود مرشح الرئاسه و بين من خسر من وجوده ، و عليه يعرف " لمن هو ؟Ver libro
