Beschreibung

I was born fat, 12lbs at birth, with a hefty dose of big genetics. Growing up, I loved being big, but after spending the first 18 years of my life wanting to be the tallest and biggest, as a senior in high school, I took the first steps of a journey that has lasted the rest of my life; I started to try and lose some weight. The journey from fat to fit has been surprising and the lessons have, at times, been hard, but if I could go back in time to try and help my slightly-chunky-little-high-school-self avoid decades of being overweight and/or unhealthy, the advice that I would give myself is what I want to share with you. Hopefully, something from my story will inspire yours!
