Sinossi

In "Shadow in the House," Sinclair Gluck crafts a haunting narrative that intertwines themes of memory, loss, and the haunting presence of the past. Set against a backdrop of an unnamed, decaying mansion, the novel employs a lyrical prose style rich in symbolism and psychological depth, reminiscent of gothic literature. Gluck masterfully explores the intricate ways in which familial legacies shape individual identities, inviting readers to navigate the fragile line between reality and the spectral echoes of history. The interplay of light and shadow serves not only as a physical motif within the house but also as a metaphor for the characters' internal struggles, making it a profound psychological exploration as well as a gripping tale of suspense. Sinclair Gluck's literary journey is marked by his profound interest in the intersection of personal and collective traumas, informed by his background in psychology and narrative theory. Drawing from his family's own history with loss and displacement, Gluck infuses the narrative with a sense of authenticity and emotional resonance. His previous works, which often grapple with existential dilemmas and the search for meaning, set the stage for this exploration of how unresolved pasts continue to influence the present. For readers who appreciate atmospheric literature that delves deep into the human psyche, "Shadow in the House" is an essential addition to contemporary fiction. It challenges readers to confront the shadows lurking within their own lives and the legacies that shape them. Gluck's deft storytelling and poignant insights make this novel a compelling read for anyone interested in the complexities of identity and memory.

I come to bury Caesar, not to praise him." said Argent Lumiere who was playing Marc Antony in a production of Julius Caesar.

Blake materialised on the stage in the Romeo costume.
"I am Blake Fire will be filling in for Argent as Romeo, He is on pressing business which he deserves" Blake announced.

"I'm Julius Caesar," an actor said, "I'm on, bye, Brutus!"
"Kill you later," said Blake smiling.

“Have you seen the Yellow Sign?”, mumbles a cadaverous hearse driver with a soft, squishy head. He’s been skulking about Scott’s painting studio, where he and Tessie have been developing a tangled relationship between artist and model. But as this ever-present watchman resembling a coffin worm begins to distract Scott, his portrait of Tessie takes on a death-like pallor. How can they forever rid themselves of this hearse stalker? And what precisely does he mean by a “Yellow Sign”?

Developing themes as old as time, Chambers takes his lovers and twists their story into a chilling danse macabre.

An author’s talents may seem obvious and indisputable as they move words and ideas into gathered phrases and stories.
But where do these ideas and stories come from? A lonely thought that suddenly gathers form? An inspiration from a Muse? A suggestion from an everyday event?
Perhaps in the case of their darker, more malevolent stories, other forces are at work. They help to nourish single words into sentences and paragraphs that ease themselves from the shadows and are suddenly upon us in twisted revelation that may thrill, may disturb, but will always engage and help us explore the edge of darkness where some of the very best literature patiently lurks …. waiting …. for the likes of me and you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our world needs help. Our world needs hope. This amazing series of three books offer that hope. Read them, you won't regret it.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very interesting book especially for the times we live in. The story line would have been easier to follow if I had read book 2, but it does explain enough to catch up. Life lessons taught - trust must be stronger than fear; love more important than hate; gratitude more than greed. With these there is HOPE.
If the Ring's mission is to succeed, Eva must travel back to Earth and try to stop Frank before he can reveal In-Between to the public.
Unfortunately, Frank has allied himself with a group of powerful people who want to gain power worldwide by spreading political and economic fear.
The task seems impossible, and as Eva is running out of opportunities, she sees no other way than to seek out a former friend. But for her to get help, she must break her promise to the Master.
Eva needs to work on her personal development to be a part of the Ring.
Only when all the members of the Ring have passed a test can they return to Earth with the knowledge and awareness that is crucial to the future of mankind.
Gabriel's condition worsens, and the Ring cannot be assembled without him.
Time is running out, and the question is, will Eva be ready on time?
Will she be able to let go of control and surrender to her vulnerability and her heart?
Eva's intense journey inspires us to be true to ourselves and open up and listen to our hearts.
