Leadership Isn't For Cowards offers no nonsense straightforward steps to leading courageously and practical applicable steps to driving performance while maintaining a great place to work. It presents the reasons people don't lead courageously and the steps to break through the resistance most leaders have. Courageous leadership means toughing your approach by being rigorous in the application of your values and heartbeat through the company culture. It means confronting people, challenging people, and not letting them get away with being less than you know they can be. The path to courageous leadership has six components: Accept Your Current Circumstances, Take Responsibility, Take Action, Acknowledge Progress, Commit to Lifelong Learning, and Kindle Relationships. These manageable steps include: Identify the area in your business or life where a gap exists between your current reality and your desired reality. Align yourself with a person or a group of people who can commit to holding you accountable for closing the gap. Make a specific commitment to the outcome(s) you want and assign dates to them.

Prior to the establishment of the Federal Reserve System (FRS), the U.S. economy faced frequent panics, bank failures, and credit scarcity due to unstable banking and financial systems prevailing in the market. Additionally, due to the rapid industrialization the decentralized banking system became more unstable. Specifically, the financial and the economy panic encountered during 1907 forced the congress to establish a centralized bank “The Federal Reserve System”. Congress passed the Reserve Act in the year 1913 to establish the FRS. The FRS is entitled to provide a safe, secure, and stable financial growth for the U.S.
As the FRS was created, the structure and functionalities of the central bank has evolved in phases. In the year 1935, the Fed’s monetary policy making body called the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) was formed to address the financial depression of the country. Further, the monetary policy was revised from time-to-time to address the financial panics and the bank runs faced by the public. The monetary policy addressed the surging inflation faced by passing the Federal Reserve Reform Act of 1977. Later, the monetary policy was entitled to increase the employment rate by passing the Employment and Balanced Growth act in the year 1978, and it was decided that the FRS produced the finance report to the congress twice a year.
Following the severe financial crisis in the year 2007-2008, the U.S. congress passed the Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 to increase the transparency of the working of the FRS, extend the regulatory responsibilities, and increase the safety and security of the financial aspects by providing a new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
As the working of the FRS directly impacts the financial and economical condition of the country and the individuals, it becomes very important to understand the structure, functionalities, and working of the FRS.

Demonstrating the power of human connection and belief in our ability to achieve even the most challenging goals, Mosongo equips his readers with the skills to engage, empower, and mobilize employees to make the extraordinary difference and Be a Leader of Significance.

Description George Sanders is frankly bored. Lionized the world over as the ultimate on-screen bounder, cad and ladies' man, he is in serious danger of becoming typecast as the particular kind of gentleman sleuth seen in his long-running film series The Saint and The Falcon. George would actually be quite happy at home, tinkering with his inventions, but if he must act he wants something he can sink his teeth into. Now George's firecracker agent, Melva, has got him the part of a lifetime - the lead in a hot new western, starring alongside screen goddess Carla Folsom. But when shooting begins, someone takes the term a little too literally, and the dead body of an extra is found. That wasn't in the script - and neither was George's unwilling debut as real-life private detective, only this time he's also been cast as the police's number one suspect. Before you can shout 'action' the game is afoot and the victims start to mount up, with George remaining just one step ahead of the law until the final denouement. Crime on My Hands, the debut George Sanders mystery, is a suspenseful and highly entertaining backstage crime novel, which perfectly captures the wit and charm of George Sanders, especially his quintessentially polished, sardonic dialogue. Anyone who loves All Abour Eve, or enjoys golden age crime fiction, will find Crime on My Hands irresistible. Praise 'Lots of fun and a sufficiency of bloodshed.' New York Times 'Fast and funny.' Saturday Review 'A highly readable thriller with laughs on the side.' New York Herald-Tribune
