Summary

Meditation is a personal
Journey of Discovery

It is generally an internal, personal practice and done without any external involvement. A personal journey for inner enlightenment. Individuals report they experience more enjoyment and appreciation of life and their relationships with others have improved. Meditation produces a state of deep relaxation and a sense of balance or equanimity.

This insight offers you the possibility of feeling more confident and in control of your life. Meditation facilitates a greater sense of calmness, empathy and acceptance of self and others.

Since the 1960s, meditation has been the focus of increased research into the benefits of this technique upon the mind and body.

In over 1,000 published reports, it has shown various methods of meditation have been linked to positive changes in metabolism, blood pressure, functionality of the brain and other bodily processes.
A report commissioned in the late 90's by the National Institute of Health on alternative medicine concluded: 'More than 30 years of research as well as the experience of a large number of individuals and health care providers shows meditation and similar forms of relaxation can lead to better health and lifestyle.'

As you can see, research has been conducted for many years and the number of medical practitioners and counselors suggesting meditation today is growing as an alternative to engaging prescription drugs for common stress related symptoms.

I encourage you to consider the assistance this program can provide. Our lives are a reflection of our spiritual and mental well being. The choice is yours.

New York Times bestselling author Shelley Shepard Gray captures the beauty, devotion, and warmth of Amish life in this engaging tale of family, commitment, trust, and love set in the beloved community of Sugarcreek.
Christina Kempf has always known that God chose Aden Reese to be her husband. As children, he was there to save her when she fell through the ice, and he’s been by her side ever since. After his parents died in a car accident ten years ago, the Kempfs raised Aden as one of their own, and everyone sees Aden and Christina as brother and sister. But Christina has never given up hope that Aden will one day ask her to be his wife.
Aden always planned to court Christina. But losing his mother and father changed everything—except his love for her. Her parents generously welcomed him into their home and treated him like a son. He can’t betray their kindness by admitting his feelings for the girl who is like a sister . . . yet so much more.
Pressured by her parents to court, Christina begins to accept the attentions of Sugarcreek’s young men, and now, Aden must make a choice. Will he stand by and watch the love of his life slip away? Or will he risk losing the love and trust of the family he holds dear to tell Christina how he truly feels?

A year’s worth of novellas from twelve inspirational romance authors. Happily ever after guaranteed.

As far as Kelsey Wilcox is concerned, her last cowboy was the last cowboy.

Kelsey Wilcox has had enough of cowboys. After the last one broke her heart, Kelsey traded in her boots for flip-flops, and the open range for a bistro on the beach.  Her life on Corpus Christi’s gorgeous beach might be a little lonely, but at least it’s heartbreak-free. At least until her cousin’s beachside wedding bucks Kelsey right back into the rodeo.

When unlucky-in-love Brent Corbin packed his groomsman’s tux for his friend’s wedding, he brought his boots and belt buckle with him. Brent isn’t exactly looking for love, but when he sees what appears to be a mermaid in distress, he jumps right in to rescue her.

So Kelsey finds herself plucked from the sea—and certain-drowning—by a gorgeous groomsman . . . in soaked cowboy boots. She’s quick to say thanks, but no thanks.

Brent dedicates the weekend to pursuing Kelsey—and Kelsey spends the weekend trying to deny an obvious match. She’s as stubborn as a wild horse, but Brent’s determination may tame her yet.
