A futuristic series about seahorses, who are beamed into the bodies of people living on soap bubble islands that never sink. In this story occurring in the year 2555 A.D, people take over the shape of the seahorses and encounter wondrous adventures, which transform them.

  La cultura e la lingua catalane ci sono molto vicine, molto più di quanto ne abbiamo consapevolezza. La scelta di tradurre e pubblicare questa raccolta ha come obiettivo di far (ri)scoprire questa vicinanza, sperando che conoscendo meglio la cultura catalana possiamo imparare qualcosa su noi stessi.
  Le sette fiabe che compongono questo libro risulteranno immediatamente familiari al lettore italiano, che vi riconoscerà facilmente ambienti, personaggi, colori e perfino sapori che appartengono a tutti, a partire dal concetto stesso di "storie del focolare" che ci riporta immediatamente ad una memoria, in molti casi, lontana nel tempo; in quella memoria c'è sempre una voce che racconta una storia fantastica, e quella narrazione, ogni volta un po' diversa e più simile al narratore, costituisce il ciclo magico e impalpabile della trasmissione orale della cultura, in particolare la cultura locale.
