Summary

Curious to know how investors like Warren Buffet are swimming in billions while the mass majority can not even breakeven? Keep reading...

Stock market investments have the potential to yield exceptional returns. That we know. However, we fail to think that it can do that for us. Successful investors were not born with special abilities that you and I do not have. Everyone starts at a different place, but inherently, I couldn't think of a person that couldn't become a successful investor.

Still, many people struggle to choose the right stocks and make a profit. Most people don't even break even; they lose money. Soon, they conclude that this ''thing'' isn't for them and give up. That doesn't have to be the case.

You might want to invest part-time for an extra $500 - $1000 to supplement your current income. You might want to quit your job and get into it full time to try to make a living out of it. Or, in best cases, you're the type of person who wants to be financially free live a life without having to work another day in your life, i.e., make millions.

Whatever size the goal is, small or big, the possibilities are there.

When I first got into investing, I struggled a lot. After years of frustration, disappointment, embarrassment, and, on one occasion, $17739 in debt, I know it can be tough. It got to the point where I just thought that I wasn't made for it, and of course, as 99,9% of the population, I started making excuses.
You're probably familiar with some of them.
''It's too late to get started.''
''I don't have enough money to invest.''
''I don't have enough time.''
The excuses are endless. Companies keep growing. Most millionaire investors started from nothing, a few were born into wealthy families. You have the same 24 hours as everyone else. The upside is that even if you have made these excuses before, you can succeed now. It's just up to you to take the initiative.

In this book, you'll discover some of the following:Stock Market Basics & EssentialsFundamental, Industry and Company ResearchInvestment Styles Such as Value, Growth and Income InvestingShort Selling, Buying on Margin, Day TradingOnline Trading, and Portfolio ManagementMuch, much more.

Needless to say, stock market investing can be tough, but it can also be highly profitable.
If you're struggling to decide whether investing is something for you or not, this beginner book will help you make that decision.

With easy-to-understand text and well-structured chapters, you'll be able to read and absorb the contents of this book like a sponge, even if you're a complete beginner.

2018 Nautilus Book Awards Silver Winner
What if you could unlock a better answer to your most vexing problem—in your workplace, community, or home life—just by changing the question?
Talk to creative problem-solvers and they will often tell you, the key to their success is asking a different question.
Take Debbie Sterling, the social entrepreneur who created GoldieBlox. The idea came when a friend complained about too few women in engineering and Sterling wondered aloud: "why are all the great building toys made for boys?" Or consider Nobel laureate Richard Thaler, who asked: "would it change economic theory if we stopped pretending people were rational?" Or listen to Jeff Bezos whose relentless approach to problem solving has fueled Amazon’s exponential growth: “Getting the right question is key to getting the right answer.”
Great questions like these have a catalytic quality—that is, they dissolve barriers to creative thinking and channel the pursuit of solutions into new, accelerated pathways. Often, the moment they are voiced, they have the paradoxical effect of being utterly surprising yet instantly obvious.
For innovation and leadership guru Hal Gregersen, the power of questions has always been clear—but it took some years for the follow-on question to hit him: If so much depends on fresh questions, shouldn’t we know more about how to arrive at them? That sent him on a research quest ultimately including over two hundred interviews with creative thinkers. Questions Are the Answer delivers the insights Gregersen gained about the conditions that give rise to catalytic questions—and breakthrough insights—and how anyone can create them.

A collection of true stories about money, the stock market, and high finance from the Gerald Loeb Award–winning “unbelievable business writer” (Bill Gates). For decades, author and New Yorker staff writer John Brooks was renowned for his keen intelligence, in-depth knowledge, and uniquely engaging approach to the dramas and personalities of the financial and business worlds. With a style of prose that “turns potentially eye-glazing topics . . . into rollicking narratives,” Brooks proved that even the bottom line can be moving, hilarious, and infuriating all at once (Slate). Here are three of his most fascinating works, which still resonate today.  Business Adventures: This collection of entertaining short features is a brilliant example of Brooks’s talents, covering subjects such as the Edsel disaster, the rise of Xerox, and how corruption may be an irreparable part of the corporate world.   “Brooks’s deeper insights about business are just as relevant today as they were back then.” —Bill Gates, The Wall Street Journal  Once in Golconda: An incisively examined chronicle of the euphoric financial climb of the twenties, the ruinous stock market crash of 1929, and the unbelievable hardship and suffering that followed in its wake.   “Brooks is truly willing to give up his own views to get inside the mind of all his subjects.” —National Review  The Go-Go Years: A humorous look at the staggering “go-go” growth of the 1960s stock market and the ensuing crashes of the 1970s in which fortunes were made overnight and lost even faster.   “An unusually complex and thoughtful work of social history.” —The New York Times
