Charlie Davies is about to face her worst nightmare: she's going back to high school. Following the death of a local schoolgirl, Charlie must go undercover to find out who is dealing drugs to students. Not only does this mean heading back to class, but she must also get to know the girl's friends - who happen to be cheerleaders. Time to break out the pom-poms.
While at school, Charlie runs into her ex-boyfriend, now a science teacher, and can't tell if he's just being friendly or if there's something a little off about him. And naturally, police officer James McKenzie is working the case too - which is kind of awkward, seeing as he and Charlie haven't really spoken since The Incident.
This is not adding up to be a fun case. That's some maths even Charlie can do.
    ***Contains some swearing.***

At the age of twenty-one, Prince Philip wrote to a relative: 'I know you will never think much of me. I am rude and unmannerly.' Prince Philip probably never managed to change the opinion of his relative... This affectionate compendium brings together both the best and a host of less well-known stories about the prince, giving an insight into the royal world where he 'traipses around' as a 'fella who belongs to Mrs Queen', rather than being 'professionally qualified in something'. From Prince Philip's blunt speech making, to his fearless mocking of officials and captains of industry, to his fond teasing of Her Majesty herself, here is a truly regal celebration of the unusual daily life in royal circles.

Peg Savage has contractually agreed to move to Key West, Florida. The smudged signatures on the damp cocktail napkin are irrefutable proof.

“An adventure…” her husband Clark says.

Peg can’t swim; she’s afraid of bridges (there are 42 of them); and she doesn’t want to leave her friends. However, after a bottle of Cabernet, a move from Chicago to the southernmost city in the United States seems like the best decision ever.

But now Clark has taken a long term job in Cuba and she’s on her own.

Neither her dog Nipper, nor the ghosts in the attic, offer up any good advice. But how hard can it be living in paradise?

Peg dives into island life but the more effort she makes, the wider her wake of catastrophes. She is tortured by a paddle board, a giant poisonous toad, the local Conservation group, and the patron saint of hurricanes. Not to mention the persistent sweat rash under her left breast.

A tropical depression descends on the island – one that can’t be cured with medication. Peg must gather her strength if she has any hope of surviving the storm.

How to be cool when you're afraid you've forgotten how . . .
Sure, you can try to stay younger by exercising, coloring your hair, and wearing stylish clothes—but how do you respond when someone asks, "Do you Twitter?" How Not to Act Old gives you simple ways to come back from over the hill and to act as young as you look.
Covering everything from old-people entertainment (cancel that dinner party!) to old-people communication (it's called a "voice mail," not a "message," and no one leaves or listens to them anyway), Pamela Redmond Satran decodes the behaviors, viewpoints, and cultural touchstones that separate you from the hip young person you wish you still were. This irreverent guide is essential for anyone who doesn't want to embarrass their kids—or themselves.
