Summary

Dana Ransom's life has been in shambles, ever since her relationship with her Dominant business partner Benjamin turned into a hellish war and he split. She's a genius of an artist and designer, but a total failure running the company she and Ben own. Even her new master Locksley's ruthless domination can't seem to set her straight. When Dana's silent partner suddenly brings Ben back to take over the company, she's shocked to find her former master in her hallowed office although it's no effort at all dumping the nasty mess in his lap. With Benjamin in her life again, Dana's submissive hunger for him burns hot through he wants nothing to do with the quirky, sexy but volatile Dana. She begs, she pleads in desperation, and finally gets Ben's attention when he finds her masturbating on her desk. Out of the blue days later, Dana's ordered into an alley, and into a cage in the back of a pickup. Whisked off to a boot camp training by an unknown assailant, she's held captive in a mountain cabin. Benjamin and his accomplice, Jud, will turn the sassy woman into the kittenish, groveling slave that Ben wants. If she takes the degradation of crawling on her knees, the painful abuse, the rough punishment and Jud's ass rapes, she might, just might, be ready for her former master.

Clarissa is a teenager born to wealth and privilege. With an IQ of 143, she has benefited from tutoring from some of the world’s most brilliant minds. She has experienced a freedom few teenagers ever get to enjoy. She has decided to publish a fairly loosely structured set of insights in the form of this book. We, the editors, have not interfered. The style is her own. The views her own. The experiences distinctly her own. Clarissa hopes this book will be read by teenagers, however she fears it will only be made available to adult readers due to what she views as censorship and slavery. So we, the publisher, will have to leave it up to you, the reader, to decide if you will allow your under-18 dependents to read it. We must warn the reader that it is sexually explicit. It details Clarissa’s sexual adventures. Some of these she pursued actively. Some of these she found herself having without being quite sure how she had ended up in them. But this is not just a book for ‘perves’, as she herself would call many readers, with the greatest affection and approbation. It is also a book for thinkers. In fact it is for people who tend to think about life, and sex, and not just blunder their way through both.

The astonishing novel and “tour de force” about a love affair in postwar France from the iconic author of All That Is (The New York Times Book Review). Twenty-year-old Yale dropout Phillip Dean is traveling Europe aimlessly in a borrowed car with little money. When he stops for a few days in a church-quiet town near Dijon, he meets Anne-Marie Costallat, a young shop assistant. The two begin an affair both carnal and innocent, and she quickly becomes to him the real France, its beating heart and an object of pure longing.   James Salter, author of Light Years and the memoir Burning the Days, was an essential voice in the evolution of late twentieth-century prose, a stylist on par with Updike and Roth who won the PEN/Faulkner Award for his collection Dusk and Other Stories. One of the first great American novels to speak frankly of human desire free of guilt and shame, A Sport and a Pastime inspired Reynolds Price to call it “as nearly perfect as any American fiction I know.”  This ebook edition features an illustrated biography of James Salter including rare photos from the author’s personal collection.

“You’re so wet,” he whispered against her, and his voice vibrated against her too-sensitive flesh before his finger moved to trace her through the soaked fabric. And then his hands moved so quickly, she didn’t know what he was doing until it was too late. He’d grabbed onto the sides of her thong and torn them apart in one, swift movement. Suddenly, she was completely bare...right there in the park...“Oh god,” she moaned as he silenced her thoughts with the tip of his tongue, gliding along her wet slit with a feather light touch that sought to overwhelm her with pleasure and frustration at the same time. She wanted him to stop — he shouldn’t be doing this — and she wanted him to press harder, to go deeper...An Author's Republic audio production.
