Summary

A Complete Guide To A Cruelty Free Lifestyle

Eating vegan can come with a lot of little lifestyle changes, but some of them are very important while others may come down to a matter of preference. Preference should have nothing to do with making sure that you get every vitamin and mineral you should have on a daily basis. Unfortunately, a few too many vegans may easily neglect this aspect of veganism, and later on in life or throughout the course of their diets they begin to encounter some health issues that they could have easily prevented with a little bit of preparation.
A vegan lifestyle is not without its risks. Some people might approach it with the attitude that cutting animals out of their diets and calling it a day is good enough. However, there are some unfortunate differences that can result when we make a change like cutting out animal proteins from our diets.
One particularly important thing to consider is a source of B vitamins. B vitamins are important. Without enough of them, we can begin to feel sluggish and depressed, lack in energy, find it difficult to concentrate and focus on things that are important to us, or even cause ourselves nervous system damage or anemia.
B12 in particular is difficult for vegans to obtain because there are not a lot of vegan approved sources of this vitamin. If you are choosing to go vegan, this is a very important vitamin to consider.
Most people also  worry about your protein when you are living a vegan diet, but most people don’t come up and ask you where you are getting your iron and your B12 vitamins. Maybe they should change the question!

That way, it will be at the forefront of your mind every day to make sure you are getting good sources of these vital nutrients.
It can be very beneficial to live a vegan lifestyle. If you find it to be a difficult transition, remembering that you are supporting the concept of a better way of life with the choices you make should provide a boon. Remember that we hold the future in our hands  .
With  It is extremely worthwhile to go vegan, but make sure you are doing it in a way that is beneficial to you in all aspects, and don’t deprive your body of some of the most important things it needs to stay healthy

Feeling down? Numb? A little lost? Not getting much done? This guided meditation will bring you back to your essential divine self of lightness of being, clarity and purpose.
Recommended only for people who are not on medication for depression.
The support offered in this guided meditation is based on psychic observations on the origins of depression by psychically seeing how energy operates in the human aura.
From psychic observation, the causes of many non-medical, long-lasting depression usually originate in childhood.
If a child is not protected, encouraged to explore, given attention, simply not had his/her basic needs met, he loses contact with his essential being -- the source of his/her true identity and a guide as to how to proceed in life in a way that is best for him/her. As an adult, unable to access this important information, one feels down, foggy, unmotivated, unable to move.
Healing lies in healing childhood wounds. This guided meditation does not address deep healing. It is meant to lift you out of your depression, so you can take steps toward deep healing.
Lifting Depression will help you:Connect with your essential selfGain clarityLift heavy energiesOpen your heart to receive the goodness of the UniverseFill with energy and vitalityMove toward constructive action, take steps to heal at the deep level
In the guided meditation, you will be asked questions. Your conscious mind will offer answers. Your subconscious mind will also offer answers that sound quieter, are in the back of the conscious answers. Stay alert to perceive those quieter answers and insights. They offer the truth about your situation.
The guided meditation is about 26 min. 10 min. of just music follow so you can stay longer in the uplifting, positive energy.
Dawn McLelland, narrator. Music by Thaddeus.
    Headphones are recommended.

We buy local and eat local. So why is it so hard to invest local? The truth is, our financial markets have evolved to serve big business, a fact only underscored by the recent financial crisis and bailout. Wall Street has come roaring back, but Main Street is fighting for its life. In catering to those companies deemed too big too fail, weve created a new group that could be labeled too small too succeed. Author Amy Cortese believes that by investing locally, in the companies that create jobs and healthy communities, we can begin to rebuild the economy and repair our tattered financial system Locavesting is a how- to guide for investing locally and explores the emerging phenomenon of locavesting through narrative accounts of people like Dante Hess, Chris Lindstrom and Woody Tasch, who are the pioneers of this movement -- the Muhammad Yunuss of the capital markets. She also illustrates how, in many ways, locavesting is a return to the very roots of our economic system -- and our humanity. The book offers a totally fresh perspective on investing and explores powerful new ideas for making capitalism work again for the rest of us.
