Eco-minimalism is a hot-button issue right now, and for good reason: living a life with less can be the key to saving our precious planet. We are exhausted. There's so much to do, and way too much to buy. Whether it's through late night TV ads, social media, or other sources of influence, we seem to be addicted to buying and then storing things. Sometimes we consume with no regret and other times we realize that we're doing more harm than good to our wallets and our homes. It's a constant cycle—one that many are longing to break. Who wants their hard-earned money to go toward something that soon ends up in a landfill? We have an abundance of things. Manufacturing "stuff" exploits Earth's precious (and finite) resources. And then there's the harsh reality of where it all goes. Our discarded possessions ultimately head to landfills and contribute to environmental pollution, releasing greenhouse gases during breakdown and decomposition.Sustainable minimalism is the solution overworked people are seeking but can't seem to find in any store. This book empowers readers to incrementally incorporate the tenets of sustainable minimalism into their homes and lives. You will master the easiest tasks first and build upon your successes—a practical and stress-free process. Now that's sustainable!

    A note from Mabel Katz:
As I travel around the world presenting Ho'oponopono, I realize we all have the same questions and concerns. And I know that some of the information out there isn't very clear and is creating some confusion.
I also know that the only way we are going to unlearn everything we have learned, and deprogram everything we have been programmed, is by listening and re-listening; reading and re-reading. In my own experience, my intellect needed to understand a little bit to be willing to let go.
As you already know, I love questions because it gives me the opportunity to come from inspiration. So I've decided to put together some answers to those questions that have been asked often during Ho'oponopono trainings all over the world.
I hope this will help answer your questions and clarify some of your doubts and that it will help you do more cleaning. (If you aren't sure what cleaning is, it's explained later.) I know when you practice Ho'oponopono you'll see the results, and we'll all benefit.
With Ho'oponopono, you will learn to take 100 percent responsibility. Ho'oponopono helps you let go of what it is not you so that you can find out who you really are and fall in love with yourself. Only when you love and accept yourself, can you love and accept others.
As you find yourself, you will find your passion. As you find your passion and trust, you will find your purpose. When you find your purpose and do what you love, the money will come. As you do what you love, you will be happy. You will find yourself at the right place at the right time, and others will be able to do the same. You will find out that 100 percent responsibility is the easiest way to peace, happiness, love, wealth, and success.

The “poignant account of one woman’s struggle for health and faith—and the tireless devotion of family” in the face of a devastating illness (Peter DeHaan, PhD).   Sally Stap was living a happy life with a successful career, juggling the usual concerns about job, daughters, and everyday obligations. But her world was shattered when she was diagnosed with an acoustic neuroma—a benign but large brain tumor that would require a major invasive operation to remove.  Smiling Again is a story of perseverance and appreciating the beauty of life in spite of pain. Writing with a poignant blend of honesty, dry humor, faith, and inquisitiveness, Sally recounts the shock of diagnosis, the long and painful process of recovery, her eventual retirement due to disability, and ultimately the contentment she found in accepting a new life journey.   No matter what trials you may face, Sally’s experience teaches us that even when the worst happens, God is still present and visible—sometimes in unexpected ways. Your future self may be different from who you were before, but those changes can lead you in new and rewarding directions.
