🚜 The annual Harvest Hollow County Fair is the highlight of the rural calendar, but this year's festivities turn fatal when the wealthy land developer determined to buy up local farms wins the grand prize for his oversized pumpkin—and then drops dead after taking a celebratory bite of the award-winning pie. The prime suspect is farmer and amateur baker Daisy Miller, whose family recipe was used in the fatal dessert. With her farm on the line and the community turning against her, Daisy must work with her border collie, Biscuit, and a skeptical agricultural inspector to uncover the truth. She soon discovers the developer had more enemies than there are seeds in a sunflower, from struggling farmers facing foreclosure to hidden family connections and long-buried secrets about the town's founding. Can Daisy plow through the lies and uncover the real killer before the fairgrounds empty for good and her farm becomes just another plot for development?
