Synopsis

Hans Christian Andersen's Fairy tales are attributes of a happy childhood for many people from many countries. This story was written in 1849. This interesting story will be useful for children and adults. The story is full of humor. The song will never be over - that is the most wonderful. If we know it, we become happier than other. Self-knowledge is a big step ahead! The flax was in blossom. He was happy and no one in the world could feel happier than he. But one day some people came, took hold of the flax and pulled it up by the roots. This was painful, but the flax wasn't desponded by this. He believed that his future would be better.
