An alien world teeming with deadly life. And fifteen strangers with no memory of how they came to be there.

From the moment Sam Newman and fourteen others awaken inside metal coffins next to the burning wreckage of a spacecraft, they face a constant struggle to stay alive on a seemingly uninhabited planet light-years from home.

Worse, the last any of them remember, they were back home on Earth—at a time when interstellar travel was little more than a distant pipe dream.

Survival means finding out who—or what—brought them to this place. Yet what few answers they find amidst the steaming jungles and the ruins of that distant world defy all logic or sanity, and it soon becomes clear something has gone terribly wrong . . .

    . . . Something that could mean humanity's survival—or its extinction.

If you did not want mayhem, you should not have hired a talking cat.
Blessed (or cursed, depending on who you ask) with human intelligence, Sir Edgar Allan Kipling, magical talking cat extraordinaire, spends most of his time keeping his human wizard out of trouble—whether she wants him to or not. If she knew what he usually got up to, she would protest most vociferously. But sometimes a cat’s gotta do what a cat’s gotta do, and one can watch only so many soap operas before an offer of mischief and adventure is too good to turn down.
Now with an artifact to steal, and saddled with allies far too eager to yank his tail, Sir Kipling will have to bring every bit of his snark and wiles to bear if he wants to succeed. Failure could mean much worse than danger to his human: he might miss his nap.
A new novella in a beloved series that already has over 2000+ five star ratings on Amazon and Goodreads and over half a million copies sold worldwide. Chock full of snarky cat humor and magical adventure, you won’t be able to put it down. Great for fans of urban fantasy from Harry Potter to Harry Dresden, and fans of beloved cat characters like Cheshire Cat, Crookshanks, Salem, and Mogget.

The Best, most complete version of this cult classic.
First published in 1895, this work has survived as a cult book. It starts with an occult student who is surprised by a ghostly, uninvited guest, who came to unveil his past as a member of a secret society which he betrayed; his punishment for this? A journey inside the hollow earth, to slowly abandon his humanity and to be a keeper of knowledge and something else... A journey to ETIDORHPA.
To say this is an early science fiction narrative wouldn't be enough, to add that this is a fantastic story about an initiate’s journey to the earth's interior, a compendium of scientific hypothesis that goes from geology to metaphysics, an illustration of the miseries and hopes of men; that would, at least, be a better example to describe this singular work, inasmuch as this great narration contains multiple layers of interpretation.
This Extended Edition includes:Three extra chapters from a 1901 edition (not found on other modern reprints!)Five pages of an incomplete Etidorhpa sequel by John Uri Lloyd.Fully illustrated. 65B&W illustrations. Including all illustrations from previous editions
Can you discover the hidden messages in Etidorhpa?

The battle for New World One has left Luca physically and mentally traumatized. She has descended into a deep catatonic state from which there seems no way back.
Scott and Miranda are concerned, not just about Luca but also the imminent threat of a new assault on the habitat by a revitalized VanHeilding fleet. They must leave, head for the relative safety of Mars, and hope that they have not left it too late.
Yet Luca is not unique in the system. There is another who possesses elements of her extraordinary biology. One who has been this way before, one who understands her struggle and who could ultimately hold the key to her freedom.
But for Luca to find a way back she must first deal with the demons that now stalk her mind. She must face up to what she truly is - a threat to human civilization.
