Summary

Have you heard of intermittent fasting? Surely at some point you have heard of people who fast, either because they are in a religion that leads them to do so or because they choose to do so in order to lose weight. Among the varieties of fasting is intermittent fasting, which is a type of food that has been established in our society and today more and more people are seeking to adopt this lifestyle. In this book I will tell you everything about intermittent fasting, its history, its philosophy and take you step by step so that in the end you will know how to apply it in your life safely and effectively. Intermittent fasting is a style of feeding where you divide your day in two parts, in one part you eat and in the other you fast, you don't ingest any food, except water or some tea, this is divided in several cycles. This will cause the body to enter into a condition that causes it to start burning fat and this is part of what I will tell you in detail, with long years of scientific studies that have been done with promising results.
If you adopt intermittent fasting one of the benefits you will have is that you will start to lose weight, but let me tell you that that is almost the smallest benefit you will have, because intermittent fasting has a lot of benefits in addition to taking care of the body.
