Summary

It is a well-known fact that an unhealthy gut impairs the function of other important body organs. This can negatively affect the health and make the body susceptible to diseases. The most common gut problem today is leaky gut. Although ignored by many, leaky gut tends to cause damage to other parts of the stomach and ultimately making you susceptible to inner ailments.

Leaky gut or intestinal hyper permeability happens when the lining of the small intestine is damaged; this makes undigested food particles, bacteria and waste products to leak out of the intestines into the blood stream.

When these foreign substances enter the bloodstream, an autoimmune response is triggered in the body and they include irritable bowel, eczema, food allergies, rheumatoid arthritis, migraines and other inflammatory and allergic reactions.

This book provides simple natural ways to deal with leaky gut and how to restore gut health using natural means. The newly discovered information contain a 4-step process, and ultimately guarantees fast healing and the restoration of optimum gut system.

Foreword by Ian Gilbert.Primary school teachers are working harder than ever, and have more and more to do in the finite time they have with their pupils, but Mark Creasy believes it doesn't need to be like this. With rare experience in both primary and secondary phases and at leadership as well as classroom levels, Mark is ideally placed to comment on what works and what doesn't - and in this book he urges teachers to recognise that there is another way.In Independent Thinking on Primary Teaching, Mark encourages teachers to stop and consider the things they do daily in the classroom and presents a series of prompts, nudges and suggestions to help them achieve the same (or even better) results by working smarter, not harder. In so doing he shares a wealth of practical and easily transferable tips for immediate use in the classroom, all designed to streamline teachers' schedules and lighten their workload while enlivening children's learning. These are in no way doctrines, or silver bullets for success, and nothing that Mark advocates requires further investment of either time or money; rather, these 'working smarter' tips are geared to win teachers their evenings and weekends back, something that many more teachers need than is healthy for the profession.Essential reading for primary school teachers.Independent Thinking on Primary Teaching is one of a number of books in the Independent Thinking On ... series from the award-winning Independent Thinking Press.

    Summary of Russian Roulette

On the January 6, 2017, intelligence agencies briefed Donald Trump about Russia's role in getting him elected as a president. Further, then FBI Director James Comey let him know that the intelligence agencies also had material to indicate that Trump had joined forces with Moscow for this turn of events since Russian entities had blackmailed him with the help of the footage they had of him with prostitutes and other stuff. They also warned him that the media might disclose this information to the public. It enraged Trump. He thought the agencies were blackmailing him and was determined not to be blackmailed.

The rage set the stage for his presidency and how it would unfold. Even though this issue and the investigations pertaining to it acquired the status of a significant scandal, Trump did not consider the issue to be real, and any investigations pertaining to it seemed to him like attempts to cause him harm. However, this scandal went way back. Trump had sought business deals in Russia and this even went on during the initial months of his presidential campaign. This left an impact on how Trump would interact with Putin.
