Summary

Valentine has been in love with his best friend since they were kids, secretly worshiping Preston, while Preston dates man after man, never offering him more than brotherly friendship. When the wonderful summer between high school and college comes to an end, with Val no closer to winning Preston's heart, Val finally admits defeat and heads to Portland State University, leaving his best friend behind. Or so he thinks.
When Val rents a room in a house with fellow students, he meets the lovely Silver, quickly falling for the man's dark looks and sinful smile. When Preston unexpectedly shows up, declaring he's broken up with his latest boyfriend and taken the empty room across the hall from Val, Val's torn between lingering feelings for his old flame, and his growing attraction to the fascinating Silver.
Deciding to leave his troubles behind, he goes with his new roommates to Limelight, the local 1980s club. There he falls even harder for Silver as they writhe and twist to song after song, the wild beat of the music and erotic moves of the dancers around them pounding in his blood. He feels caught up in one of the angsty 1980s movies he loves so well. But tonight, he can't figure out if he's the main character or simply supporting cast.

Then I hire Luca for one night.
At least, it was supposed to be one night.

When he asks me to make this a regular thing for the summer, my wallet doesn’t leave me much choice.
But I’m pretty sure my heart isn’t supposed to get involved.

A werewolf exiled from his pack. An empath drowning in emotions. A missing girl binding them together.
Talon Huxley doesn't need a partner. As the only shifter working for Iniko Enterprises, he's used to being alone. When a teenager goes missing, his boss pairs him with Alistair Sheehan, the reclusive empath they rescued years ago. The empath Talon can't get out of his head.
If Alistair had a choice, he'd never leave his apartment, but his bills don't pay themselves. Shifters are rare, and Alistair has never met one before now. Talon is big, scarred, and terrifying. In other words, everything Alistair should fear, and yet he makes him feel safe.
As they search for the missing girl, it becomes clear the case isn't what they were led to believe. Someone is deceiving them, but Talon won't allow anything to happen to Alistair. He'll keep him by his side night and day. For the sake of safety, if nothing else.

When life drowns you in lemons, to hell with making lemonade. I wanted to burn the whole world. But eighteen months from the day my life was torn apart, I’m tired of the anger. Tired of the nightmares. Tired of putting one foot in front of the other just trying to survive. Three months on a high country sheep station in the middle of nowhere is precisely the reboot I need. A chance to break free. To breathe again. To find a way forward.
I put my entire life on hold and head south to Mackenzie Country. But falling for the captivating young station boss was never part of the plan. Holden Miller might be smart and sexy and push all my dusty buttons, but we come from two different worlds. I’m not looking for a relationship. I’m not interested in love. I’m done with all that.
But Holden doesn’t care about my rules. Nestled safely in the arms of the spectacular Southern Alps, on an isolated sheep farm at the top of the world, Holden begins knitting my battered heart together one careful stitch at a time. And with every pass of the thread, every braid of the river on our doorstep, I catch a tantalising glimpse of something I’d almost given up on.
    Happiness, and maybe even love.
If I have the courage to reach out and grab them.

When Philippe breaks the number one rule of his and Jona's friends-with-benefits relationship by falling in love, he considers if it's time to pull away to protect his heart. Jona is honest from the start -- only physical, no romance -- even if the tender caresses when Jona thinks he's asleep contradict his words.

But when Jona shows up at Philippe's cottage in the woods on the eve of both Christmas and a looming blizzard, seemingly intent on being snowed in together, Philippe can't help but wonder. What lies behind Jona's aversion to romantic relationships? Can honest confessions during a snowstorm reveal if there's a chance for something deeper?

Welcome to the club "Whip" where all your darkest desires will be fulfilled...
    Books included:
    1. The Manny
David Cross’s life is a mess. Between juggling a demanding job, a brilliant but impossible son, and a string of nannies who quit before their first paycheck, he’s barely keeping it together. He needs help—desperately.
Enter Mihail Turgenev. Young, quiet, and carrying enough baggage to fill a cargo plane, Mihail is the last person David expects to be the solution to his problems.
What starts as a practical arrangement quickly becomes something else entirely. Because Mihail isn't just changing Leo’s life—he’s changing David’s too. Piece by piece, the guarded young man with haunted eyes and a hidden past begins to unravel everything David thought he knew about himself.
    2. The Brother
Stefan swore he was done with love. After a brutal breakup and the humiliation of watching his ex move on—engagement ring and all—he’s resigned himself to a life of work, solitude, and carefully guarded emotions. Love, as far as he’s concerned, is a story best left unfinished.
But then his new PA walks through the door—sharp-witted, infuriatingly competent, and a redhead, of all things. A haunting echo of the past, yet entirely his own kind of chaos, Sasha disrupts the quiet existence Stefan has built for himself.
He tells himself it’s nothing. A coincidence. A trick of the heart. But as the walls he’s so carefully rebuilt start to crumble, Stefan is forced to wonder—has fate handed him a cruel reminder, or an unexpected chance to rewrite his story?
