This is a cross-over book with appeal to business people interested in what makes entrepreneurs succeed (because of its practical guidelines and real-world stories), combined with clear usefulness as a study guide (because of its comprehensive coverage of the key issues, with study exercises).  The scope of the book covers distinctive questions in entrepreneurship, such as what gives rise to entrepreneurial opportunity;   how to exploit trends;  what is the role of innovation / originality; what is execution / implementation, and s role in business success;  what do established SMEs do to survive in the middle term?     This is a book especially useful for the MBA and professional market.  It assumes a level of interest and engagement, but gives clear accounts of concepts and processes so that anyone can come on board.     This market does not require a textbook of the traditional kind that seeks to give an even handed exposition of all relevant material.  The need is rather for something that is more selective, more purposeful and even more inspirational.     Above all it needs to contain a plausible action sequence.   The present book does this, implicitly through the chapters and explicitly in the last chapter.     The scope of this book is to concentrate on some key issues: What gives rise to entrepreneurial opportunity? How it is possible to exploit trends, and what are these trends? What is the role of innovation/originality? How do companies get started and become self-sustaining? What is execution, does it differ from implementation, and what is its role in business success? What do established SMEs (small and medium sized companies) do to survive in the middle term, and even across family generations? The aim is to raise understanding of these issues by working through a variety of examples, mainly from smaller and/or newer companies in Britain and the USA.  Further, to generalise from these companies I have researched.  To emphasize throughout the positioning and behaviour likely to lead to success.     The book raises understanding of these issues by working through a variety of examples from USA, Britain and Europe.  It shows the dynamics of enterprise creation and its development over time, flagging up what seems to work and favour success.     Each chapter ends with a set of examples and exercises for the student. The book ends with a glossary of terms and as it unfolds the book has a clear sequence of (10) actions or steps that characterize the successful .small business.     TOC Patterns in Entrepreneurial Opportunity Something New Reconfiguration Riding Trends Biography and Capability Take Off to Cruising Altitude Entry Barriers A New Life, A Longer Life Industry Dynamics Patterns of Development Chain Reactions

When a boy’s childhood is deeply traumatized by abuse, nothing is predictable.
In a world turned upside down, his innocence is marred by the injustice of his life. He becomes a shadow of unrealized potential until he discovers an internal voice…a knowingness that reveals an inner drive…the possibility for a future. At that moment he recognizes the gift that is his life and that he alone has the power to choose the outcome. Ultimately, he realizes his greatness despite the tide of circumstances working against him.
In Moving Through Walls, Israel Ellis shares a lifetime of learning and conscious action that allowed that least-likely-to-succeed boy to transform himself and discover a life of love, peace, and success. Illuminated by personal and professional stories of pain, struggle, perseverance and triumph, Ellis distils the practices, philosophies and attitudes needed for anyone to achieve their personal best.
Ellis demonstrates, through his own experience and compelling examples, his belief that we all have a choice to either move through the walls that limit our potential or be trapped in an endless pleasure-in-pain cycle.
We all have the capacity for greatness; all that’s preventing you from realizing it…is you.
Are you ready to gain clarity and succeed in your gift of life?
    That journey starts here. Now.

The Instant-Series presents Instant Voice Training: How to Train Your Voice Instantly! In a world where your voice totally matters, what do you do if you don't have the sexiest voice, the most commanding voice, the most articulate voice...or are simply not happy with the voice you have? There is a myriad of reasons to why you would want/need to have a better voice, such as:You want to be listened to more instead of falling on deaf ears by other people who can't understand you or can't stand the sound of your voice. You want to have a better voice for occupational reason if you're a singer, actor, speaker, etc., in order to get ahead professionally. You want to have a better voice to attract the ladies or gentlemen and make more friends for a thriving dating and social life. You want to overcome speech impairments that are causing you to stutter or mispronounce your words and creating all sorts of problems for you.You want to always feel confident knowing you can walk into any room and command attention with a voice that conveys power and is music to people's ears. Are you familiar with the proverbial saying "it's not what you say, but how you say it" and how your actual words only make up "seven percent of communication"? Well, your voice makes up a remaining majority of that. Thus, how you come across to those around you is determined by your voice, even more so than appearance. Have you ever witnessed a person who didn't have the polished look, but the second they started talking, you became in "awe" by the spellbinding sound effect they had...while the opposite could be said for somebody who looked like a million bucks but didn't have the million-buck voice to go with that appearance.

The power of teamwork is not one to be sneezed at. Especially in today work's environment, you will need to work well and get along with others in order to strive for a common goal.Yet, there are those who still prefer to be the lone wolf of the pack...and that person may even be you or somebody you work with. After all, why work in a team when you can work by yourself and have full free reign and control to do whatever you want 100 percent to your liking without others’ interference? (Creative differences, anybody?)Firstly, it's not always about you...in fact, it should never be about one’s personal self-interests.Secondly, a TEAM working together can accomplish more than one as an INDIVIDUAL. That much is obvious that you’ll get more done in less time. Then why aren’t more people team players? There are common problems that can arise from working on any team, thus making certain folks loathe it or avoid it due to multiple huge egos, clashing personalities, disagreeable approaches, different thinking styles, or simply one’s natural introversion...all of which are understandable. As much we would like to take pride in our self-sufficient independence, we are still humans and can’t do everything by ourselves. We all need a helping hand once in a while, so utilize your strengths and delegate your weaknesses. This particularly rings true for any leadership or team management role requiring handling and pulling a group of people together as one when bringing any task to fruition. Then how do you get people who have strengths in different areas to eagerly collaborate with everybody else as a unified team to achieve success? This type of leadership power for effective teamwork can be found in The One of Power. This audiobook will teach you:How to build and lead a team effectively for a common cause. How to get rid of initial team hurdles to allow everyone to get along. How to motivate each member at their core desire to reignite productivity. How to create a desirable environment with a unique communication culture. How to form family bonds with the entire team by having special get-togethers.How to host team-building activities that can be performed for any team, and much more! The “one of power” is indeed your “one team” that, when united, can bring about unlimited power to work miracles.
