Publisher: Peal Academy
The book that will change your relationships for the better!
Rocking new science in understanding your partner, the theory of the 3 brains combined with 30 years of work experience, the key to healthy communication and Social skills with our partner
If I asked you how much you really understand your partner, child or colleague, I wonder what you would score on a scale of 1–10.
Higher or lower than 8?
Out of all the people I asked, more than 90% scored 8 or lower.
If you are part of that 90%, then welcome. This book is the perfect read for you. My goal is to get your score to be 9+ on your interpersonal relationships, and this book will help you do just that!
You will discover how your three Brains determine your life, and that of your partner; your decisions; the way you both are dealing with conflicts and your communication and listening skills.
Our Head Brain provides us with logic and creativity. It calls on an immense database of all the logical things we have learned, trying to predict a better future for us.
Our Heart Brain is the connector with other people and ‘drives’ us with emotions like love, hatred, and compassion. It is the ‘Us’ brain.
Last but not least (first, in fact, as it is the oldest of the three) we all have the Gut Brain. It is in command of our survival and, therefore, able to overrule the other two. It is the ‘Me’ Brain.
In therapy and coaching we talk about the ‘unconscious mind’; you may have seen those pictures of icebergs, one tiny part above the water (our conscious mind) and 90% beneath the water (the sub- or unconscious). From this moment on the subconscious is tangible and has a name: Heart and Gut Brain. And because it is tangible we can control it and therefore have a direct influence on our relationships.
By knowing how your three Brains work, you can create happy, healthy relationships.
That is my promise to you.
