Summary

A Kaleidoscope Wardrobe: Hwyls of a Lifetime (2nd Edition) is a collection of poetry that I wrote between 1965 and 2013. The collection covers a lifetime of poetry writing and widely varying topics, from the magic of holidays through the eyes of a child to love, to my observations of nature, human nature, and animal nature, to the search for identity, the tragic, the ironic, the wondrous, and the unjust. This collection of poetry is truly a kaleidoscope wardrobe of the significant memories of my life and the fascinating people – and other creatures – I have chanced to meet.
Available since: 11/16/2014.

But thanks to a British humanitarian effort, about 10,000 Jewish children from Germany and neighboring countries were relocated to live with families in the United Kingdom, while their parents stayed behind. The Tragedy of Hamlet, Prince of Denmark is a tragedy by William Shakespeare. Set in the Kingdom of Denmark, the play dramatizes the revenge Prince Hamlet exacts on his uncle Claudius for murdering King Hamlet, Claudius's brother and Prince Hamlet's father, and then succeeding to the throne and taking as his wife Gertrude, the old king's widow and Prince Hamlet's mother. The play vividly portrays both true and feigned madness – from overwhelming grief to seething rage – and explores themes of treachery, revenge, incest, and moral corruption. Schiller's grand historical tragedy is a battle of wits between Mary Queen of Scots and her captor, Queen Elizabeth I.
Mary has been held prisoner for nineteen years by her cousin, Elizabeth I, who has condemned her to death, but is reluctant to be seen to carry out the sentence. Leicester, Elizabeth's favorite and Mary's ex-lover, engineers a meeting of the two Queens - an encounter which never took place in historical fact - from which Mary emerges triumphant but doomed.

Charles Dickens' timeless classic, brought to life in a joyous new adaptation by Jack Thorne.
On a bitter Christmas Eve night a cold-hearted miser is visited by four ghosts. Transported to worlds past, present and future, Ebenezer Scrooge witnesses what a lifetime of fear and selfishness has led to, and sees with fresh eyes the lonely life he has built for himself. Can Ebenezer be saved before it's too late?
Jack Thorne's adaptation of A Christmas Carol is premiered at the Old Vic, London, in November 2017.
