Professor Thelmah Xavela Maluleke is a Chief Research Specialist in the
Population Health, Health Systems and Innovation programme at the Human Sciences Research Council, South Africa. She received her PhD from the University of South Africa (UNISA) in 2001. She has been an NRF rated researcher since 2009. Her research work is mainly on sexual health, health promotion, gender and indigenous knowledge systems.
