Teresita Castillo- Cristal was born in the Philippines, spent her elementary and high school years in St. Theresa’s Academy, a Catholic school run by the Sisters of the Good Shepherd. She attended University of Sto. Tomas for a year and earned her Bachelors of Arts Major in English at the University of the East. She taught English in college for four years while attending graduate school taking up higher English courses. Then she went into teaching English in high school...
