Syed Afaq Ali Shah received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Peshawar, in 2003 and 2010, respectively. He obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Western Australia in the area of computer vision and machine learning in 2016.
