Joseph Caplan
Joseph G. Caplan started as a Barrister at Law practicing in London, England. Due to his father’s illness, he had to leave law practice, and became a rag merchant in a poor district of London. After his father returned to the rag factory, Joseph became a money lender. Ambition led him further, and he became the CEO of a bank on the stock market with 22 branches, resulting in much wealth and success until the economic crash in the seventies when he lost everything.
