Eugenia Toulon
I was born on September 18, 1941, on the Island of Dominica in the West Indies, the first of five children to the deceased Victor and Constance Alfred. Three girls and two boys, the first in order of birth is Eugenia—that’s me— then Clement, Vivian, Vilma, and Virginia.
