Dave Bartemes
David W. Bartemes (Dave) graduated from West Virginia State University in 1961, with a BA in Political Science and English. After a stint in the military he entered technical sales with a major controls company, and was transferred to Des Moines, Iowa, as a Branch Manager in 1977. He retired from the control business in 1991. In addition to sales and management positions in business, he worked as an advocate for the rights of people with disabilities for 9 years.
