Anni Bodmer
Anni Bodmer was born at the beginning of World War II in Berlin, Germany. She was profoundly marked in her early days by the devastating consequences of dictatorship. After a degree in teaching, her wish to discover other countries and cultures brought her to the United States. She became an American citizen and took an active role in teaching young children at a Chicago North Shore community, during more than 30 years.
